ROLE: Editorial & Training Design, Layout
The challenge:
A joint INECC and Climate Collective initiative needed a training manual that was genuinely accessible to non-technical young adults aged 18–23, while building toward rigorous GIS and climate risk analysis skills.
What I did:
Converted a broad curriculum outline into a full train-the-trainer manual, structuring the learning pathway, writing and editing content, and designing the complete layout. The manual moves participants from hand-drawn maps and lived experience through to professional GIS tools and climate risk assessment.
The outcome:
A training resource that is inclusive at entry and rigorous at completion — designed to build data ownership as community power in climate-vulnerable regions across India.
