ROLE: Project Lead, Editorial & Design Direction
The challenge:
Communicate five years of complex, multi-disciplinary work across healthcare, climate, and systems innovation — to a broad audience of partners, funders, and practitioners.
What I did:
Led the project end-to-end alongside Tim Maly, from content strategy and editorial direction to composition and design oversight. Brought together contributions from across the Center's staff, shaped the narrative arc, and ensured the document conveyed both the scale of the work and its human and intellectual significance.
The outcome:
A flagship institutional publication capturing RISD Center for Complexity's work from 2018–2024, including deep partnerships with healthcare providers, climate scientists, harm reduction specialists, and technology leaders across five countries.
