I have designed and facilitated numerous workshops (both online and in person) for designers and impact organizations around social impact, systems thinking, climate action, collaboration, strategic design, and innovation. I incorporate 'design practices' to engage participants in hands-on creative exploration.
Through custom-designed engagements, I help shift perspectives and build a practice of ‘humble audacity’ to change the world.
Below is a list of workshops I have designed and delivered so far. Reach out if you would like me to deliver one for your team or organization.

Augmenting Theory of Change with Systems Thinking
Embedded within the ‘Climate Finance and Action Conference’ in Bangkok, Thailand, this two-part activity is designed to expand the value of the Theory of Change framework using  Systems Thinking concepts and practices.
Introduction to the Theory of Change
As part of a ‘Proposal Writing and Grant Management’ workshop developed for grass-roots organizations in North East India, I developed activities to introduce a foundational understanding of the Theory of Change framework and scaffolding the construction of well-defined ToC elements that can be used for more persuasive proposal writing.
Systems Mapping
This two-day workshop was designed to break out of age-old organizational practices and build an internal practice that inspires innovation for social impact. Using creative practice, systems mapping, and guided reflections, the workshop provided participants with tangible methods and frameworks for problem re-framing.
Creative Engagement
This two-day workshop helped educators build learners' agency into their pedagogy, practice creative problem-solving with words and visuals, and incorporate ways of 'acting and reflecting' on their own capacity as knowledge guides.

Strategic Design Program
As part of the Strategic Programs team at RISD Center for Complexity, I helped design and deliver 4-week design boot camps on Strategic Design and Innovation for design professionals. The program was designed to help participants unlearn and learn new ways of seeing the world, develop curiosity and strategic questioning capabilities, along with building their skills of collaboration, presentation, and developing strategic narratives.
Culture and Sustainability
Based on “Fourth Order of Design” by Henry Buchanan and “Transition Design” by Terry Irwin, this day-long workshop was designed to help young design students understand the role of design in larger systems. The interactive workshop asked design students to reflect on their values and place in an evolving design landscape.
Mission, Vision, and Values (MVM)
MVM engagements are fluid and collaborative facilitations that guide participants through the process of gaining clarity and a shared understanding of who they are as an organization and what they want to achieve. This workshop helps define concrete outcomes for an organization like core values, vision, and mission. Theory of Change or Brand Personality.
Life-Centered Systems Thinking (LCST)
Life-Centered Systems Thinking decenters the human experience from the design process and looks for more equitable interventions that do the most good for all human and non-human stakeholders alike. LCST workshops weave together systems thinking, Compassionate Systems Design, TEK, and other disciplines that might be needed for custom-designed engagements.
